The Cannery Webcam
Cannery District Partners and Monroe Residential Partners are developing two separate buildings at the Cannery: building “M” and “L”.
Building “M” in the background is a build-to-suit office building for a single tenant with an expected delivery of August 2020.
Building “L” in the foreground is the Cannery Flats, a mixed-use building with 52 residential apartment units and 15,000 square feet of demisable commercial space. Occupancy is expected January 2021.
